My name is Adam Grace, and I’m in charge of finding great folks to provide customer service on the SimplrFlex platform.

Through a partnership with Okinawa Hai, I’m currently looking for US citizens who are currently living in Okinawa, Japan. Our platform provides customer service 24/7/365 to businesses around the world. We currently only have folks who are based in the US who cover normal business hours and some of the night hours, but we need folks who can cover the rest of the nights/evenings. Lucky for you (and us)…this is during normal business hours in Okinawa.

Our platform works like this: small and medium-sized businesses route their customer service inquiries to our platform where our group of fantastic Experts answers them. Our Experts get paid for each customer service inquiry that they answer. Payouts occur every week on Mondays via PayPal.

Because our platform aggregates order and business information in one easy-to-use system, our Experts require no prior experience or training. That said, we provide you plenty of resources including a team of 24/7 specialists to help you out when you need it.

All of our Experts are independent contractors who work from wherever they’d like, as much as they’d like, when they’d like. This means if you move, you can still be an Expert regardless of where you are (so long as laws permit it; some countries prohibit US-citizens from earning an income in their country.) If you’re not feeling well one day (or one week), you’re not obligated to log on to the platform. If you get a different job or just get tired of using the platform, you have no obligation to continue. You can also work as much or as little as you’d like (you’ll obviously earn more the more often you’re on the platform.)
